Through the contact form we collect: name, email address, phone number (optional) and the message you send us. We do not collect special categories of data.

If you download the book, we collect only your name and email address, together with a record that you accepted this policy.

We use your data solely to respond to your request, arrange the discovery call and maintain any professional contact arising from it. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

For the book download, we use your name and email to handle that download and, where appropriate, to keep you posted about the book itself. You are not automatically subscribed to any mailing list, and we do not pass your data on for commercial purposes.

The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the acceptance box and submit the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), as well as pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b).

Form submissions are processed on our own server, hosted in the European Union by OVH Cloud, which delivers your message to us by email. To protect the form against automated submissions we use Google reCAPTCHA v3, which collects device and browsing-behaviour information for the sole purpose of telling humans from bots; this may involve an international data transfer to Google with appropriate safeguards. These providers act as data processors.

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required.

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, for the duration of the professional relationship, plus any legally required periods. It is then securely deleted.

This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. On your first visit you'll see a notice where you can accept, reject or configure your preferences by category; you can change your decision at any time from the "Cookies" link in the footer.

Necessary cookies: essential for the site to work and for the anti-bot protection of the contact form (Google reCAPTCHA v3). Without them the form could not tell a person from an automated submission, so they are always on.

Analytics cookies (optional): we use Google Analytics 4 to understand in aggregate how the site is used and improve it. IP addresses are anonymised, and we do not build profiles or use this data for advertising. Google's script is not loaded until you expressly accept this category: if you reject it, no analytics cookie is set.

Google acts as a data processor and this may involve an international data transfer with appropriate safeguards.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to hello@allangeorge.es, stating the right you wish to exercise. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version will always be published on this page.
