2. Data we collect

Through the contact form we collect: name, email address, phone number (optional) and the message you send us. We do not collect special categories of data.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your data solely to respond to your request, arrange the discovery call and maintain any professional contact arising from it. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the acceptance box and submit the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), as well as pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b).

5. Recipients and processors

Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, which delivers your message to us by email. To protect the form against automated submissions we use Cloudflare Turnstile. These providers act as data processors and may involve international data transfers with appropriate safeguards.

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required.

6. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, for the duration of the professional relationship, plus any legally required periods. It is then securely deleted.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to hello@allangeorge.es, stating the right you wish to exercise. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version will always be published on this page.
